Recipes

I love trying new recipes and sharing them with others, especially when I find a simple yet delicious one. I find most of my recipes through Pintrest which then lead me onto other blogs and going through their recipes. I've also signed up to a few Clean Eating Groups on Facebook which is fantastic for sharing recipes and support.

Here are some of my favourite recipes below, just click on the name and it will direct you through to the recipe. I will update this when I find new favourites to add! Happy cooking!

Sriracha Lime Chicken Chopped Salad

I absolutely love this salad so much and discovered the amazing combination of chicken, lime and avocado when eating this. It doesn't take long to make either (minus the marinading time!).

Lighter Sesame Chicken

This is a great alternative to having a Chinese takeaway! Sweet honey, chicken and broccoli with the crunch of sesame seeds. Serve with brown rice or quinoa

Paleo Crock Pot Cashew Chicken

Another alternative to a Chinese and a slow cooker recipe which means you can bung this all in the slow cooker and get on with the rest of your afternoon! Although I'm paranoid about leaving it on when I'm out of the house so usually make sure that I stay at home when its on and get on with housework... Or blogging... Usually the latter!

Chicken Escalopes with Olive, Caper & Tomato dressing

I'm a lover of olives, preferably black ones so when I found this recipe I was excited to try this one out. I have never eaten capers before and to be honest, I'm not a fan either but they do add some flavour to this dish but I tend to leave most of them on the plate!

Spicy Sriracha Chicken & Quinoa Bowl

Another chicken and sriracha recipe! Gota love that chilli sauce! I used to detest coriander until I discovered this recipe, now I quite like it! It really gives flavour to the quinoa and the chicken, this is one yummy dish!

Honey Chipotle Chicken with Lime Infused Quinoa

Another amazing combination of flavours going on in one dish. The key to this recipe is letting the chicken marinade for as long as you can, all day if possible! This gives the chance for the flavours to really soak into the meat and the end result is some gorgeous tasting chicken!
